Popped in on Saturday just to check out the Armada with no intention of purchasing as we were going to check out multiple brands over the next month. GG our salesman waved at us when we pulled in and was an absolute delight through the whole process. Fell in love with the Armada and got a great deal so we decided to look no further. Caesar was my service advisor on my last visit this past Saturday. As always he is a great advisor, the issue I had was that when I received my report, looks like I have simple fluids that needed to be topped off and I was told this Nissan dealership does not top off fluids, but the windshield fluid 😐! That’s disappointing to hear and experienced since one of the reasons I bring my sports car to this dealership to get oil changes was to get the service from a dealership that in theory is supposed to provide a much better experience compared to let’s say, Pepboys. On my next oil change I will have to reconsider other options seeing how the dealership experience no longer exists.

Great price, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient no high pressure, and no games on price!!! I was interested in Internet purchasing and working out all the details via phone/text/talk & email. My salesman Alex Sinokrot provided excellent service on everything, and we worked out a great deal that I was completely satisfied with! My wife and I arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. the following morning to pick up the vehicle. Mr. Sinokrot went over all the functions/details on our new Nissan Rogue and provided detailed answers to all questions we had. I highly recommend him and this dealership!

I had the best experience at Nissan of Rockwall! As soon as I walked through the doors, Miss Mary greeted me with a big smile and immediately helped me find a salesperson. Mr. Kelason (I believe that was his name) was absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying a car, and he walked me through the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every single one. He also let me test drive a few different vehicles while I figured out which one was right for me. Since this was my first car purchase, he carefully explained everything, including the pricing, and worked with me to help get a great deal. Had a great experience with Luke and the dealership. We drove from Kansas City to look at a truck my husband was interested in. We are really grateful Luke was responsive and transparent. This dealership is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a vehicle here and within less than 30 days of having the car it is no longer drivable. The seller lied about the vehicle's condition. After contacting the dealership the "manager" Donald Williams gives me the run around for 2 days and refuses to take my calls. He even hung up the phone while trying to explain all of these issues. The vehicle has now been towed to 3 different mechanics. I had the car towed to another Cavender dealership near me (as I was instructed to do) where they proceeded to tell me that they are not even able to operate on the vehicle be they don't have the adequate system to do so. This has been the biggest headache and also unlawful on their part. I have been trying to get in contact with a supervisor but the so called "manager" Donald Williams refuses to give me their contact. I am completely shocked w how they run their business. This is an absolutely horrible place to purchase a vehicle with horrible management. I have been without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks now be they sold me a piece of junk and refuse to offer me a solution. Do not purchase a vehicle here unless you want to go through the hassle of having to file complaints w the attorney general, tx department of motor vehicles, and hiring an attorney to pursue legal action due to their unlawful practices. Save yourself the trouble.

While me and my wife Love our new 2017 Nissan Titan Xd, we are disappointed in the fact that it had nearly no tread left on the tires. They were barely legal. I took the truck for the state inspection to the dealer and again I pleaded with them for new tires. Unfortunately management would not approve. We were only there window shopping and before we knew it we were driving out in the Titan. Would I recommend buying from Cavender Nissan in Rockwall ? Yes, but I highly recommend not paying or signing anything without you yourself doing a thorough inspection. I was so excited about getting approved for financing for such a low down payment, I forgot to request the new tires 1st.

I purchased a vehicle cash, a brand new 2026 Nissan frontier. I told Becky I wanted leather interior and she wrote down the stock number from the ad I showed her online. Pretty easy you would think. NOPE! They deliver a vehicle to my home with no leather, no sun roof, no Pro Premier Package such as the fender sound system etc. I don't know how the heck they got it wrong after I specifically gave them the stock number. Now I have to wait until whenever they can find my correct truck and they even had the wrong vin number in the contract so I have to redo the contract. I asked for my inconvenience of this mess if they could tint the windows and was told it's extra! One would think they would make it right and offer to tint the windows atleast.

Sam, my sales rep, and the entire team worked hard to make something happen for me. When I tell you they didn’t quit—they did not quit. They got me into a 2025 Nissan Versa with only 2,900 miles on it, and my payments are very affordable and comfortably within my budget. I was in total disbelief the whole time, and Sam along with the finance rep Alvin stayed supportive, encouraging, and patient every step of the way. Funny thing is, the bank initially approved me for a very nice 2026 Kicks, then kicked it back. Instead of being discouraged, I looked at it as God showing me what He can do—because even when my eyes said “you don’t qualify,” God said otherwise. And the end result was exactly what I needed. At one point I watched Sam and the whole team working on my application, and it literally looked like they were performing surgery—everybody focused, communicating, and determined to get that approval. I remember thinking, now THAT’s teamwork. The atmosphere at Cavender Nissan of Rockwall was warm, welcoming, and stress-free. They even offered me food (I think it was Popeyes chicken 😄), and while I wasn’t hungry at the time, I truly appreciated the kindness. If you’re having doubts—go anyway. I contacted Cavender Nissan Rockwall Dec 12, 2025 and negotiated a price on a new vehicle. I flew to TX and took delivery on Dec 26, 2025, paying in full. Subsequently, they refused to forward the tile application paperwork to my state so that I could register the vehicle. After much delay on their part I was finally able to get the vehicle registered in my state. After which, I wrote a letter to the Corporate Head of Rockwall Nissan and did not even receive a reply. I contacted Cavender Nissan Rockwall Dec 12, 2025 and negotiated a price on a new vehicle. I flew to TX and took delivery on Dec 26, 2025, paying in full. Subsequently, they refused to forward the tile application paperwork to my state so that I could register the vehicle. After much delay on their part I was finally able to get the vehicle registered in my state. After which, I wrote a letter to the Corporate Head of Rockwall Nissan and did not even receive a reply. Please don’t enable them to continue business. Your money and business will be appreciated elsewhere. This is the letter I snail mailed to him, I DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY. This neglect of a customer complaint should in itself should lead you to find another dealer for your purchase. Dear Mr. Cavender, I’m writing this letter to share with you the purchase experience I had at your Nissan dealership in Rockwall, TX. In December I called your salesman Bobby about a new Frontier pickup. The experience was good and I was able to move through the process fairly quickly after being handed off to JP Gonzalez, the Finance Mgr. A few days later I flew to TX to take delivery of the pickup. I was met at the dealership by Bobby and after sighing some additional paperwork, handed him a Cashiers check for the agreed upon price in full. I asked three times before I left if there was any other paperwork that needed to be completed, I was assured that I was good. Bobby stated the title paperwork would be forwarded onto my local County Treasures office for processing. Weeks after returning home to Montana I visited the local County Treasures office to pay my taxes and get my licenses plates. I was told they had not received any paperwork. I contacted JP at Cavender and asked where the paperwork was, he was at a loss and said he would look into the matter, he believed that Maria Rodriguez had the paperwork. Long story short, I was told on at least four separate occasions the paperwork was being sent only to find out days later it had not. Over ten phone calls, numerous emails, additional help from my County Treasurers office, and being asked by Maria and JP to fill out and send Cavender additional paperwork, I had reached my limit. If I can’t register it, I cant drive it. I contacted Taylor Fuller, Sales Mgr at Rockwall Nissan to express my frustration and find out why the paperwork was undeliverable. He assured me that it would be fixed and sent out immediately. The paperwork finally arrived here after a few days and the nightmare process has ended for me. During the back and forth With JP and Maria, the emails I received had different sales figures, wrong addresses, my name misspelled, and also showed that I had a loan/lean on the vehicle through Nissan although it had been paid for in full. When I spoke with my local Treasures office they stated they, “had never seen paperwork that screwed up” three of them worked on it for a half hour to sort it out the errors. To sum up my experience with your employees, Bobby did a good job. Most everything was out of his control but he answered the phone when I called and was professional. His product knowledge needs some improvement but I’m able to figure out how the pickup works. Taylor fixed this problem for me when no one else could. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. Outstanding. JP and Maria were subpar. I don’t know if they were lying to me, inept or both. The errors in the paperwork and handling of the process should cause them both professional embarrassment. TR

Very Disappointed with Cavender Nissan of Rockwall Service Department. When I purchased a vehicle in 2024, I also purchased "Free oil changes for 2 years" I've been bringing in my vehicle to cash in on these oil changes since I bought the car and today was going to be my last one before the 2 years was up. When I arrived to pick up, they brought me into their office and denied the last free oil change. They stated that the agreement they had on hand showed no records of free oil changes. Even after looking back and seeing that I've not paid for a single oil change since I bought the car, they denied it. Once before, I brought the car in for an oil change and had them scan the oil change agreement into the system so they wouldn't forget about it next time. They were able to locate the scan with the oil change deal on it today and STILL DENIED IT!! It's just crazy to me that they'd lose a customer over $108. I paid it and left. There are many other places I could've gone to get an oil change that would've been cheaper. I will NOT be returning to get my car serviced and I will definitely not be buying another car there. The most frustrating part was that they made me feel like I was trying to get one over on them when I was just wanting to get what I was owed.
