Exceptionally friendly customer focused service
I purchased my Pathfinder on 8/22/2026. I love it but have not received the registration sticker yet. Was told that a receptionist would mail it to me. My husband is a veteran sent copy of his DD214 to receive free oil changes for life still have not heard about that either. And have not received copies of any docs that were signed when we purchased. I have called and left messages but nothing. It feels like that once you are sold a car they want you to just go away and not to bother them again
I worked with GG and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I had questions about. When I asked about a specific Rogue, he looked at it and told me it wouldn't be a good fit for what I wanted and listed several reasons why. I was charged 7 dollars for a quart of oil and they used 2oz only. I was not given the rest of the quart. I will not go there again...He also stated that my car was going to get a complimentary wash which it was not washed. I left very upset...

This dealership don’t care and take care of the issues which arises after buying the car, simply they will ask you to contact Nissan and there won’t be proper response from their managers too.
The service team are great but the 3% surcharge for created card use is a bit jacked up

Went to purchase a Rogue I saw on their website. Sam was great, showed me several units for comparison. He was very knowledgeable and helpful getting us exactly what we were looking for and they honored the advertised price without hesitation. I called the dealer while driving back from another dealer and got Taylor on the phone. He was happy to answer my questions even though it was approaching closing time and he said a trip out there was worth it. He followed up with me Monday, so I drove out after work and Taylor and the sales manager made me a great offer and I bought a new Nissan Altima that night.

Popped in on Saturday just to check out the Armada with no intention of purchasing as we were going to check out multiple brands over the next month. Caesar was my service advisor on my last visit this past Saturday. As always he is a great advisor, the issue I had was that when I received my report, looks like I have simple fluids that needed to be topped off and I was told this Nissan dealership does not top off fluids, but the windshield fluid 😐! Great price, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient no high pressure, and no games on price!!! I was interested in Internet purchasing and working out all the details via phone/text/talk & email. My salesman Alex Sinokrot provided excellent service on everything, and we worked out a great deal that I was completely satisfied with! My wife and I arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. the following morning to pick up the vehicle. Mr. Sinokrot went over all the functions/details on our new Nissan Rogue and provided detailed answers to all questions we had. I highly recommend him and this dealership!

Made an online appointment for service. Online it said someone would call to verify that day. Got nothing so I called the next day. Nothing was booked. Why have openings online if you are totally booked for that day. Disappointed. I actually have my family ready because we wanted to look at an Armada. No problem, your loss.
This dealership is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a vehicle here and within less than 30 days of having the car it is no longer drivable. The seller lied about the vehicle's condition.
They provided misleading information and hid the fact that the vehicle has major issues. After contacting the dealership the "manager" Donald Williams gives me the run around for 2 days and refuses to take my calls. He even hung up the phone while trying to explain all of these issues. While me and my wife Love our new 2017 Nissan Titan Xd, we are disappointed in the fact that it had nearly no tread left on the tires. They were barely legal.
I took the truck for the state inspection to the dealer and again I pleaded with them for new tires.

I purchased a vehicle cash, a brand new 2026 Nissan frontier. I told Becky I wanted leather interior and she wrote down the stock number from the ad I showed her online. Pretty easy you would think. NOPE! They deliver a vehicle to my home with no leather, no sun roof, no Pro Premier Package such as the fender sound system etc. I don't know how the heck they got it wrong after I specifically gave them the stock number.
